I’ve been an apple user for as long as I can remember, I just got the iPhone 8+ and it keeps glitching and freezing , just like my IPhone 7 I had previously. I know they slow down older phones but come on the new one too.
The store was packed since the day after Christmas but we were out in around 25 minutes.
Went here to pickup 3 phones on a business pickup. The associate James was very diligent and required the proper information before releasing the phones. Which is great to see that not just anyone can pickup a device you left.
Great place It’s nice that Apple has its own stores when I had Samsung they didn’t have any and Best Buy just got rid of all the Samsung stores inside their stores I had the galaxy S8 it was a great phone but it’s absolutely hard to put restrictions on my phone so that my children don’t access things I tried a lot of different things and apps And even got in touch with Samsung about it and they told me that there’s nothing that they could do for me but Apple they have parental controls in their phones from the moment you buy them I don’t have to buy an extra app or anything thank you Apple for that
The manager Patrick was awesome and worked with me to assist me in my pickup.
Would give the store a 0 if that was an option. Went in for a tech issue and was immediately brushed off and told to wait. 10 mins later I see a tech who attempts to negate my issue after his amazing 10 second triage. The “tech” was more interested in me showing proof of purchase than resolving my issue. Finally offered a 25 minute wait to see another tech. So sorry this place lacks some vital service skills starting with actually LISTENING.

Unhelpful, make you wait, they direct the conversation to help make money and not fix the issue. Very vague in the way they explain the problem and resort to trying to have you buy a new phone or new parts. This staff belongs in a mechanic shop due to all the nonsense they spill on you and suggestion of the most unnecessary fixes I have ever imagined. There are probably two people that work there that look like they might not hate their existence and the creatures around them, the rest should opt out of this job for a midlife crisis intervention. I am appalled. More appalled than a man named Paul on the day of his birth. I would and will rather go to a random east European freelancing tech geek for my iphone needs than walk my foot in that joke of a store again. But hey, that's just my two cents.
