Cherry Hill Store-I went in with a list (for reference)! I was never in the store prior to yesterday and I have never shopped for different types, regions of wine. I got very lucky! A man named Tom asked if he could be of any help. I handed him my list and together we shopped for my wine.He gave me his advice and price had nothing to do with his decisions and my selections. I ended up purchasing 6 bottles and intend to find out this weekend if Tom and I were successful with our picks. Will go back to this store every time I'm thirsty! Also, right down the street from the CH Mall. Perfect!
Big store, great selection of wines. Amazing prices. My go to place. They have great collection of beer too but not really extensive imported beer collection. Their single beers are over priced. Staff is informed and friendly.
The customer service at Total Wine in Cherry Hill is the best. There is nothing that I have ever looked for that someone could not help me find. Always nice, cordial and helpful.
Love this store for selection of wines. They've been helpful when asking for recommendations. However, what's the point in having a loyalty card with them if you have to ask them to look you up. Being in customer service if it's something you offer, you ask at point of sale. I shouldn't have to ask to look me up, especially when the cashier next to you asked their customer. I went over to the manager to ask protocol as I didn't want to just assume. I asked what was the purpose of the loyalty and what benefits does it offer. He went into detail. And when I stated that the past 5 times no one asked me, he said "sorry about that, they are supposed to ask everyone". I said I'm aware, I'm in customer service too. I just wanted to let you know as a paying customer they don't. Given the state of retail, you would think they would want loyal repeat customers. Especially when there is a Wegmans liquor store right down the road.
Stocking up the bar have never been easier. This place is awesome and the staff is very informative. They were extremely helpful one staff member walked around the store with me for an hour helping me choose top items at great prices.
