Always a positive visit. Unfortunately like almost every theater, when showing a 3D film, adjust the brightness!!! 3D is always filmed darker than regular movies. Thazall.
The theater had a foul smell, everything was a mess, the staff seemed to be running like crazy and short handed, while the manager was hitting on a customer. Over all bad experience but the film played fine.
Movie theaters it self are fine but.. I never write bad reviews. Just because you have one bad experience doesn't make a place bad. "If have nothing nice to say don't say anything" yeah yeah Sorry but I've been keeping my mouth shut for years. It's a dump. Dirty as hell, trash is everywhere. There's no way that place isn't a safety hazard. I don't want people to loose their jobs, but if you can't smile while ripping a ticket, really.... I understand people have rough days, but damn you stand and rip a ticket. It happens every time I go. They say movie industry is hurting, I think I know one of the many reasons why.
I have been a customer for several years and attend a movie almost every week. I have thought highly of the staff and had good opinions about the theater as a whole . A few weeks ago I went to a movie and while watching the movie I saw a mouse run in the row in front of me. Disgusted by this I stayed away from the theater for about a month. Tonight I decided to give it another shot. I thought it was possible that this was just a fluke incident and that there might not be a serious mouse problem. I was wrong! Before the movie even started I saw two mice chasing each other. I decided to leave rather than share a dark theater with these creatures. As I got up to leave I so spooked another mouse from behind my seat and it took off. As I walked out of the theater I saw yet another one behind a garbage bin. 4 mice in less than 2 minutes! If I saw that many in such a short time I know there are many many more that I have not seen. I won't be back. It's a shame but I simply won't share a dark theater with mice.
Summary: Great conssceions staff. It's awesome that they employ so many disabled workers. However, I watched a movie for almost 3 hrs with the impression of bugs crawling across my face.
I usually don't have a problem. The conssecions stand people were super nice and helpful. However, I saw a movie in 3d; there were bugs crawling across the projector lens. This went in for an hour plus before I went to tell someone at the help desk. I politely and quietly explained what was going on. All I got was a glued-on smile and an "Okay". No "I'll look into it. Let me come with you to see. I'll send someone. Sorry for the inconvenience, let me offer a coupon. Let me offer you a refund of some kind." Nothing. Yeah, the theatre itself is pretty dirty and dusty, really don't care too much about that but...cause and effect. Sorry they're understaffed, if that's the case.
