Great place!! They have internet, electric and climate control available for most units. You can run your entire business from there and even have UPS and Fedex pickup and drop off there as well as deliver!!! Rad and Nick are especially helpful and will always go out of there way to help you with whatever issue you are having. A++++
Visited this facility. NOISY!! The carts going across the metal floors are worse than fingernails on a chalkboard! Sounds more annoying than a subway train going by while you're taking a cat nap. I waited in the lobby & noticed how crabby the manager, Karen, was. Her disposition was nice one minute, then crabby the next. It was disturbing to see so much furniture for sale in the lobby (those belonging to former or overdue tenants). The parking lot is raggedy. It needs to be paved! The halls were dim, even with the lights on. There was a male worker there who seemed to treat the customers nicely. I found out that they grossly raise your monthly fee often. A bit on the SHABBY side and only enough space for 2 cars to get close to the loading dock. Their RATES are HIGH. So, look elsewhere for a storage unit.
The staff especially Karen at Treasure island storage is great, extremly pleasant and helpful. The facilities are clean and climate control storage is offered.
Great group of guys working there, they helped in making the transition a little easier in the time of my mothers passing. Highly recommended
