I recently purchased a Cybex Arc Trainer, for home use, from Gym Source, Cherry Hill, NJ store. There I met, Jay Sanchez, the manager. My preferences included an apparatus that would simulate walking, allow for low impact and not aggravate my bad back. He patiently and thoroughly explained the various options. Then, he allowed me to work out on different pieces of equipment. I cannot say enough positive things about Jay. Usually, my daily walks are outside 2.5 mi per day. Having this equipment at home permits me to work out on my schedule, shortened my workout time and not be weather dependent.
