Will never shop there again. The stuff is awful( I was there with my kids last week and when I was ready to try my things on, my 1 year old baby started crying because she became hungry. I asked the guys in fitting room to hold my items for 20 minutes and they agreed. After feeding my baby I came in 25 minutes and saw only a part of my items hanging on different racks around. Guys said that this was because I came to late and after that short dialog they stopped to make any attention on my person while I still was standing there with my loud children and looking for help. When I helped myself to collect the rest of my items one of employers spat out that I did not have to try to find more because she remembered that I had only 15 things (I had more). Then I had to wait even longer (holding bunch of items and trying to catch my kids up at the same time) until they bothered to open the large room door. It's unacceptable to employ such asholes to a place that is expected to provide educated, helpful and polite stuff.
You can find name brands here for discounted prices. There are a wide variety of clothes and styles to choose from. Sometimes the selections can stink, but other times there are great finds. If you don't like what you see one time, come back in a couple of weeks and there will be an entirely new line of items for sale, which makes this place really great. It's kind of like Marshalls and TJMaxx, but a tad more expensive.
Cashier was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She never said hello are ask how she could assist me. I wait until her and the co worker was finished talking before I ask her if she could help me. I told her I wanted to exchange a coat I brought on line for a bigger size. She ever explained to me what she was doing. She told me that there would be a refund on my card. And walked away. I said excuse me but I wanted the coat why would you do a refund? She said I through you wanted to return it and walk away again. I will never shop here again! It's a disgrace and I know that the Nordstrom in King of Prussia do allow this type of behavior from their employees. I'm very disappointed and upset and will never shop at this location again
It was fine until checkout. The cashier had an unpleasant attitude. That ruined it for me.
I am normally a huge Nordstrom’s fan. This location was cluttered and my daughter summed it up with “oh, it’s like Toss”.
