Then my salesperson started looking for it. He found the sofa, coffee table and even an end table that matched. The rug was not to be found. My salesperson asked another salesperson who walked by, where can he find it. The reply was "they discontinued that line." He meant even the furniture. There was a discussion about this and the guy was surprised he found the sofa in inventory.
We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley Furniture Home Store in Cherry Hill. Barbara Graves worked with us. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the products throughout the store and gave us great tips to help us find exactly what would fit our needs. My husband and I are both seasoned, commission-only salespeople, so we know very well how to spot a sales pitch - we did not feel like we were being "sold" at any point during our time with Barbara! She gave us time and space to shop on our own, but was available when we needed her. She never made us feel pressured to purchase, and that made our shopping experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be shopping at Ashley again and most certainly will make sure Barbara is available when we do!

I went to the Cherry Hill store to order furniture that I saw online. There was a professional sign in the store with exactly what I wanted. The sign even said "add rug for $69". I thought wonderful, I wanted that too.
A manager passed by and said the sign should be for the stuff on the back of the poster and turned it around. I said they should put a note on the other side that it is not available. I was a little annoyed that this sale was old yet the sign was there. Plus the salespersons were confused too. Now I wonder if I'll get my sofa.
My sister and I were looking for a new dining room set. Barbara was very helpful and pleasant. We found the table set that we wanted rather quickly. Barbara was very knowledgeable about the products. All details were explained very clearly before and after our purchase. She was so personable that I felt like I couldn't leave without making a purchase. Thank you Barbara!
Jose helped us pick out the perfect sectional. I was really picky and he was patient and searched the store for exactly what I wanted. He really made furniture shopping easy. He was also very customer-oriented and didn't push anything on us. He made us feel comfortable which helped us take our time and not feel pressured into buying anything. Not only that, but Jose has been so helpful with the delivery process as well! Whenever we called his phone, he was happy and eager to help. He is the personification of what good customer service looks like! Thank you Jose for such a wonderful experience!! I would highly recommend working with him!
