This is definitely one of the best of the Crate and Barrel stores. It's huge, well stocked, and the people that work there are very friendly. We are regular visitors, but when we went to put our wedding registry together, that experience really solidified this as one of the best.
The quality for the most part is alright and layout of the inventory is welcomed. I’ve bought many items over the years and am happy with my purchases however some items are priced with higher mark ups while competition is fiercely competitive. Offering special discounts on select items and furniture would def catch my attention.
