My husband and I were shopping around for a new bed. We had been to another store when we decided to come here before making our purchase! I am so so happy we did t buy the other bed! This place was amazing! Our salesman Colby Chadwick was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional and very patient with us! He didn’t follow us around and hound us and every time we had a question he was very easy to find and he answered our questions readily! He never had to say “hold on let me check on that” this was by far the best furniture shopping experience we have ever had! We will be back for sure! Thank you Colby for the amazing service!

Xavier was so quick to offer assistance and different buying options to make our already reasonably priced purchase even MORE affordable! I cannot say enough about how great our experience was at the Cherry Hill, NJ Bob's Discount Furniture. We would DEFINITELY shop here again!

Absolutely the worst furniture experience of my life. I went to the Cherry Hill store and bought a queen mattress and box spring. The salesman was very helpful and convinced me to do delivery since they would haul my old mattress away. I was planning on just getting it myself since my dad has a truck but paid the $109 delivery since they would take my old mattress. The delivery process was horrendous. They refused to take my old mattress away and just kept saying, “We don’t do that.” Of course all this was after I tipped them $20, gave them Gatorade and granola bars. I didn’t ask for for the tip back because I didn’t feel as though it was the delivery guys’ fault. I called customer service and was on hold for 48 minutes. After someone finally came on the phone and after giving them my information including call back number , the call disconnected and of course they didn’t call me back. I called again and was on hold for another 49 minutes. They offered me a gift card for my inconvenience but of course I refused since I will never do business with them again. They ended up refunding only $50 which is completely useless as I now have to purchase a mattress bag to have the mattress taken by the trash men. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If your time is worth any money go somewhere else. I’ve done business with Ashley furniture, Raymour & Flanagan and have never had anything happen like this. Don’t make the same mistake I did by ignoring the bad reviews. Stay away from this store!

My husband and I took my grandmother (who is very physically handicapped). She requires a lot of assistance to move around and quite a bit of room between her wheelchair and her walker. Our sales assistant Xavier was phenomenal. We told him what we needed and what our preferences were and he pointed us in exactly the right direction! We tried about 6 different models and Xavier made sure that the furniture was arranged in an accessible way (even though he had to move some things to make room, he did) and he was very considerate of my grandmother's needs. Xavier was kind, polite, available but did not hover over us and allowed us to voice our concerns and answered our questions completely. We were able to try 6 VERY different models of recliners with luxury features in under an hour which for my grandmother is nothing short of a miracle!

My family and I went to Bob’s to look for furniture for our daughter’s rec room. Paul was excellent. He gave us plenty of space to let us browse but was readily available to answer all of our questions. We ended up buying a couch and a kitchen dining set. Good quality and great prices! Will definitely buy from them again!!

My parents bought a furniture set two years ago and through that time the set has had a lot of hard use. Their furniture still looks and operates great and is so comfortable! When my family was in need of a new recliner for my grandmothers house, my parents highly recommended Bob's. I'm so glad we listened!

I had a wonderful experience at this store working with Susan on the floor. I was able to shop in peace yet people were available when I had questions. The financing process was easy and I'm looking forward to no interest! Delivery dates were a few days out, and we only received the chair on the day of delivery because they brought 2 left sides of the couch. I wasn't home because they arrived an hour before the beginning of my delivery window. Customer Care was not remorseful nor did they offer to do anything to compensate me in any way for the mess up. The next delivery date was 5 days later. My delivery team was excellent and they arrived within the window, on the early side. Finally, 8 days after ordering, I have a couch and a chair. Very comfy and sturdy!
